I am Rick Tibbe, born at 20 May 1972 and I'm living in the eastern part of the Netherlands.
When I bought a Praktica MTL3 in the past, I didn't expect, this hobby got out of hand so much. After playing a while with this camera, I replaced it for a Nikon F65. After 2 years using this camera, digital photography became affordable to me. I bought a Nikon D70. And what a great relieve was that, because you can notice immediately what went right or wrong on a display of the camera. After this I enjoyed photographing even more, and I started to save money for even beter equipment like a 300mm AF-S lens for birds and other wildlife, and a macrolens for the little bugs and stuff like that. Since May 2008 I replaced my Nikon equipment and turned over to Canon, because after 4 years I was looking for a quicker camera a bigger lens. It became a 40D and the 500mm F4, and untill now I have no regrets.
